Sales and Account Manager

职位要求
  • 1-3 years of experience in a client facing role in a software business or consultancy environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving capabilities, organized and meticulous with output
  • Highly motivated and result-oriented
  • University degree in a related discipline
  • Proven track record of end-to-end sales achievements is preferred
  • Experience in developing new market segments is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
工作内容
  • Understand product offering details and business model to act as a subject matter expert in front of clients
  • Devise and execute sales strategy to build sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Stay on top of market trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Manage complex sales cycles with client from different profiles
  • Coordinate trial set up and product evaluation process
  • Study client requirements and keep product colleagues posted on first-hand client feedback
  • Provide on-boarding, training and support for new and existing clients
  • Maintain relationship with existing clients and secure renewals
