職位要求
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with passion will also be considered.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese Knowledge in PC operations and familiar with MS Office
  • Startup experience is a plus
工作內容
  • Provide all-round administrative support, including but not limited to handle mails, procurement, inventory management, facilities maintenance, etc
  • Act as the key point of contact for vendors and third parties including building management office, vendors, agencies, etc
  • Work closely with finance department for payments and claims
  • Handle travel arrangement, meeting coordination and calendar management
  • Assist in organizing in-house and off-site events
  • Support HR functions, including on-boarding and off-boarding
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
