職位要求
- 3+ years of experience in ESG or climate research, consulting, or related capacities. Direct experience in ESG and climate risk analytics is a must.
- Knowledge of ESG or climate risk analysis is desired. Experience in financial model and/or methodology development. Solid quantitative skillset.
- Proficiency in Python or R is required. Experience with developing models trained with large datasets is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- CFA or FRM charterholder is preferred.
工作內容
- Develop ESG and climate analytical methodologies for Capital Markets products and services.
- Represent Capital Market as an expert on ESG and climate risk analytics to work with internal and external stakeholders across APAC to develop standard and bespoke solutions.
- Monitor regulatory trends, industry developments, client requirements, and competitor landscape; identify new product and service opportunities.
- Create educational and marketing materials to promote new products and services; increase credibility and awareness; proprietary methodology development.
