工作内容

Understand product offering details and business model to act as a subject matter expert in front of clients
Devise and execute sales strategy to build sales pipeline and achieve sales targets
Stay on top of market trends and identify new sales opportunities
Manage complex sales cycles with client from different profiles
Coordinate trial set up and product evaluation process
Study client requirements and keep product colleagues posted on first-hand client feedback
Provide on-boarding, training and support for new and existing clients
Maintain relationship with existing clients and secure renewals
