  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Science preferred
  • 5 years solid working experiences in transaction data related capacity or in broker-dealer operation is a must
  • Experience in startup environment will be a plus
  • Familiar with integration or portfolio specialist capacity a plus
  • Strong passion and naturally curious about technology and related applications in financial services
  • Enthusiasm for working in a rapidly-growing environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task, work with tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time management, financial management, and leadership skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred, python is a plus
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
  • Strong passion for strategy, sales career are welcome
  • Some travel necessary (~25%) within APAC
  • Manage, plan, and direct integration efforts from launch to completion with overall responsibility for delivering high-quality deliverables on time and on budget
  • Manage back-office and core banking systems connectivity and serve as the primary transaction integration support for MioTech’s clients
  • Provide consultation service in setting up the scalable operational flow and automating data transmission from back-office system
  • Steer multiple, competing priorities with suitable urgency to drive issues to completion
  • Share integration process frameworks, tools, and best practices that can be adopted throughout the organization
