Understanding and experience in finance, financial data, and how companies interact with and use data to generate returns
Strong critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and thoughtful
Unrelenting client service ethic and unimpeachable integrity
Experience managing complex and demanding clients
3+ years of experience in sales or account management for a SaaS company or similar experience in financial markets
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
Responsibilities
Learn the product and business to become an expert adviser and thought partner to current and prospective clients
Build and execute strategy for sales pipeline and achieving quarterly company goals
Manage complex sales cycles with target client profiles
Be the first point of contact between MioTech and our clients
Become an expert power-user of MioTech suite of software and machine learning platforms
Help evolve our current product suite
Spend time working directly with clients to help them solve difficult and complex problems
Provide on-boarding, training and support for new and existing clients
